  LiteMagic is a large team with more than one hundred employees. It consists of R&D department, production department, quality management department, Procurement Dep., PMC, marketing department and logistic administration department. Relying on Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, LiteMagic has R&D staff of more than 30. With the average age around 30, LiteMagic team is young, vigorous and creative.

Prof. Ko joined the Berkeley faculty and was Vice Chairman of the EECS department and Director of the Berkeley Microfabrication Laboratory.
Prof. Ko returned to Hong Kong.
Prof. Ko served as the Dean of Engineering the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST)
IEEE Solid-State Circuits Award
Prof Ko joined in Wearnes Technology Group and took on Chairman and President of Wearnes Semiconductor focusing on the semiconductor development in China
Prof Ko started LiteMagic company.
